Community Resource Centres Steering Committee - Report
31 August 2009
In March 2009 the Minister for Regional Development, Hon. Brendon Grylls MLA, appointed the Community Resource Centres Steering Committee to assist him with the implementation of Royalties for Regions initiatives that relate to the future development of the Network.
 
The Steering Committee included:
 
Ms Gail Short - Chair
Ms Annemie McAuliffe - WA Telecentre Advisory Council
Ms Margaret Allen - State Library of WA
Mr Don Punch - Regional Development Commissions
Ms Kathie Meldrum - WA Telecentre Network
Mr Brett Sabien - Department of Regional Development and Lands
 
The Steering Committee met on 1 April, 20 April, 29 May, 10 June and 24 July 2009, and also undertook a series of regional meetings and a Westlink Broadcast to consult with the Network and other key stakeholders.  On 30 July 2009, Mrs Gail Short (Chair) presented the Minister with a report on behalf of the Steering Committee.
